Capsticks has supported London & Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) in the sale of 292 homes for over £24 million to MHS Homes Group via Heart of Medway Housing Association Limited (HoM). This deal will provide L&Q with capital to reinvest in growing its core housing neighbourhoods in London and will allow MHS to expand its offering in the communities in North Kent.

Evonne Clarke, Strategic Head of Stock Rationalisation at L&Q said:

“Capsticks navigated the complex legalities in securing this deal, swiftly and smoothly. This means we can focus our efforts and investment in some of our key areas for growth, ensuring our residents benefit from improved services and community amenities.”

Susie Rogers, Partner and project lead commented:

“This was a significant project to deliver for our client, not only in size but also the improvements that this will bring to communities that need it most, both in London and North Kent.”

Susie Rogers was assisted on this project by Kayleigh Bradford, an Associate in Capsticks’ Housing and Regeneration Division.
