Capsticks has been reappointed onto housing association VIVID’s legal services framework. This reappointment builds on a long relationship between VIVID and Capsticks. Capsticks has worked with VIVD since it was first established by merger in 2017, and before that the firm acted for First Wessex for many years. The appointment commenced in October 2023 for a period of four years.

Capsticks was successful in all of the following lots, as well as being sole provider for lots 3 and 5:

  • Lot 1 – Land and Development
  • Lot 2 – Property Sales
  • Lot 3 – Housing and Leasehold
  • Lot 4 – Corporate
  • Lot 5 – Disrepair.

VIVID is a leading provider of affordable homes and extensive support services in the south of England. It’s the sixth largest developer of new homes amongst housing associations in England, having built 1,390 homes in 2022. It supports over 74,000 customers and manages 34,000 homes across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex.
