Capsticks’ housing team has secured a new tender win with Together Housing, further establishing itself as a sector leader in the social housing market in the North of England. This is a four year appointment and Capsticks has secured the following lots:

  • Lot 1: Corporate, Finance and Commercial
  • Lot 3: Housing Management and Litigation
  • Lot 4: Property.

Together Housing is one of the largest housing associations in the North of England, managing over 36,000 homes across the region. In addition to providing quality homes to rent, it also builds and manages homes for sale through their Shared Ownership scheme and provides retirement living.
