Capsticks’ housing team has secured a new tender win with Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) further bolstering its reputation in the Midlands.

Capsticks has been appointed as the sole provider for three years and will advise NCHA on all areas of housing management including: 

  • access issues
  • ASB
  • housing management
  • disrepair
  • leasehold and freehold
  • rent arrears and debt.

NCHA house more than 20,000 people across the East Midlands and manages 10,000 homes in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland. They work with 19 local authorities to build new affordable homes that meet local need. This includes homes for sale, rent and shared ownership. NCHA also deliver over 900,000 hours of care and support per year to vulnerable adults across the region.
