Capsticks has been appointed as the provider for West Kent Housing Association’s (West Kent) security charging requirements to support its treasury strategy following a competitive tender process via National Framework Partnership’s Legal Services Framework. The appointment builds on a long relationship between West Kent and Capsticks acting on charging, development projects, planning and stock acquisitions.

The appointment commenced in February 2024 for an initial period of three years.

West Kent owns and manages over 8,200 homes across the county, working closely with all the local authorities in the area and many other statutory and voluntary partners.
