Adam is a Senior Associate in the Primary Care team at Capsticks advising clients operating in the Primary Care and private sector.
He provides corporate governance support, deals with and advises on the formation of corporate joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
Expertise
Adam specialises in assisting GP clients looking to form corporate vehicles to work collaboratively, for example provider companies or GP federations or looking to work together on a contractual basis for example as PCNs or as super partnerships.
In addition, Adam advises those looking to acquire, dispose of or merge healthcare businesses including:
- GP practices
- Pharmacies
- Dental Practices
- Private businesses
Adam has also provided sector specific advice to several private equity businesses acquiring large groups in the dental sector and private health sector.

- Drafting bespoke articles of association and a shareholders’ agreement for a corporate joint venture formed between 6 GP federations.
- Advising a GP provider company in relation to joint working with multiple PCNs in the local area.
- Dealing with a share for share exchange in relation to a group restructure of a dental company as part of a group sale.
- Advising a GP Federation on the rectification of historic governance matters and providing on-going corporate support.
