Capsticks’ Annual Inquests Series: A Review of the Year
Join us on Tuesday 5 December for the second session in our Annual Inquests Series, where Capsticks' Georgia Ford, Fiona Brownsword and Lizzie Turner will look at:
- PFD themes in 2023 and presentation of PFD evidence at court;
- The impact of PSIRF on PFD reports and PFD evidence;
- Summary case law update and the impact Interested Persons.
Attendees will be treated to an engaging and lively discussion from our speakers and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
