Capsticks is delighted to announce that new Partner Adam Hartrick has joined the firm. In addition, long standing Partner Lisa Geary has taken on the role of head of its Leeds office from 1 September 2019, as Capsticks continues to strengthen the firm’s Leeds presence.

Lisa joined Capsticks’ Real Estate department in 2011 and is a core member of its health and primary care teams, providing advice and representation to the NHS, private providers and GPs. Lisa will lead Capsticks’ Leeds office, widely recognised for its expertise across healthcare, housing, regulatory and emergency services sectors.

Adam Hartrick joins the firm from Hempsons and has over 20 years’ experience in clinical law. Adam has particular expertise in mental health, capacity and consent and represents clients in the Court of Protection and the High Court in relation to medical treatment and welfare issues, concerning adults and children.
