Victoria is a Solicitor in the housing management team, having joined the firm in January 2018. Victoria represents social housing landlords in a wide range of matters.

Victoria’s expertise covers; access and anti-social behaviour injunctions, applications for committal and unlawful profit orders, disrepair claims, forfeiture proceedings and possession claims brought on grounds of rent arrears, subletting, failed succession, non-occupation, anti-social behaviour, hoarding and trespass.

Victoria also has experience conducting advocacy within anti-social behaviour, committal and possession proceedings and delivers training to clients on a range of topics.

Victoria has a practical approach to problem solving with the ability to tailor solutions to individual client’s needs and in a friendly and approachable manner.
