Senior Associate
Serena is a Senior Associate, who qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 having completed a training contract covering a wide range of litigation issues, including healthcare litigation.
As a member of Capsticks’ Healthcare Advisory team, Serena regularly advises on a wide range of public law issues including advising on the legal duties and obligations of healthcare bodies, and managing litigation risk. Serena is also a member of the firm’s Information Law team and advises on data protection issues and GDPR compliance.
