Sarah is an experienced real estate solicitor in the Housing and Regeneration team at Capsticks.
Sarah mainly acts for registered providers on development transactions but is experienced in large scale securitisation transactions, stock rationalisation and landlord and tenant work.

Sarah specialises in residential and mixed-use development for the public and private sector.
Sarah has extensive expertise on providing strategic advice on land acquisitions, site assembly, funding and onward disposals and includes advising on a variety of documents including overage deeds, option agreements, conditional contracts, planning agreements and development agreements.
Notable projects
- Populo Living Limited (formerly Red Door Ventures) on the acquisition and development of residential units, retail units and a gym at East Ham and the development agreement and lease of the retail units along with rights of light advice and securitisation work.
- Hill Residential Limited on the acquisition and development of residential units in Barnet by way of a building lease, lease of affordable housing units, development funding, set-up of the manco, overage and option agreements, along with planning and rights of light advice.
- Southern Housing Group on the acquisition and development of multiple sites valued at over £107m in London and the South region along with the onward disposals of units and the managed.
- Clarion Housing Association Limited on the forward funding, acquisition and development of a Site in Croydon for apartments with complex title, rights of light and party wall issues, the set-up of the manco, deeds of release, deeds of easement, an access licence and statutory agreements. Clarion Housing Association Limited on the acquisition of an SPV at a key London site for the development of residential and healthcare.
