Senior Solicitor, Professional Support Lawyer

Experience 

Sarah is a Senior Solicitor and the Professional Support Lawyer for the Employment Division. Prior to joining Capsticks in 2010, Sarah spent 10 years as an associate in first a City and then a leading regional employment law practice. 

Expertise 

Sarah regularly advises clients on strategic issues and matters of national policy. She has a particular interest in non-contentious issues, such as restructuring and collaborative working, and writes and delivers the workforce section of the postgraduate diploma for GP practice managers run by Capsticks and the NAPC.  

In her capacity as Professional Support Lawyer, Sarah is responsible for preparing client newsletters and e-alerts. She regularly writes and delivers training on a wide range of employment law issues for clients and colleagues.
