Sarah is an associate in the employment team at Capsticks. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Sarah spent 10 years as an associate in first a City and then a leading regional employment law practice.
Sarah regularly advises clients on strategic issues and matters of national policy. She has a particular interest in non-contentious issues, such as restructuring and collaborative working, and writes and delivers the workforce section of the postgraduate diploma for GP practice managers run by Capsticks and the NAPC.
Sarah also has responsibility for the division’s knowledge management function. In this role she is responsible for preparing client newsletters and insights. She regularly writes and delivers training on a wide range of employment law issues for clients and colleagues.
