Ryan Campbell
Principal Associate
Ryan is a Principal Associate in our Housing Development team and specialises in acting on behalf of registered providers, private developers and real estate investment trusts to advise on matters of development, regeneration projects and commercial property matters.
Ryan has specific experience and knowledge in conditional agreements, option agreements, golden brick and turnkey projects and other commercial property matters including asset disposal and title appraisal.
Ryan has extensive experience in dealing with development transactions at all stages including, pre planning, with planning and completed units, and provides advice on planning matters including section 106 agreements and SDLT.
Notable projects
- Acting on behalf of a Registered Provider in the acquisition and development of a scheme to construct over 500 units for over £119 million. The scheme was under contract within 6 weeks of the initial all parties meeting.
