Kirsten is a Senior Associate within the Housing Management department at Capsticks. She has three years' post-qualification experience and six years’ legal experience in a wide range of contentious practice areas, and now specialises in leasehold and housing management advice and disputes.
Expertise
Within the housing management sector, Kirsten has a focus on service charge and breach of covenant disputes, disrepair, residential forfeiture and all types of residential possession claims.
Kirsten has a keen interest in the social housing sector and acts for a wide range of registered providers in the County Court, High Court and First Tier Tribunal.
Legal awards
In 2016, Kirsten was a finalist in the Warwickshire Junior Young Lawyer of the Year awards.
