Jonathan is a Partner and co leader of the Housing division at Capsticks and works alongside division co-leaders Mike Owen and Chimi Shakohoxha.
Jonathan is an acknowledged expert in the field of housing and leasehold management and also known for advising RP’s on policy and procedure.
Jonathan regularly lectures on housing and leasehold management best practice and procedure. Whilst Jonathan does have a national client base, the bulk of his clients are based in London and the South East including many G15 providers.
Jonathan serves on the Executive Committee of the Social Housing Lawyers’ Association.
Jonathan has represented clients in the Supreme Court, notable cases include; Southend-on-Sea Borough Council v Armour (2014) EWCA CIV 231 and Akerman v Livingstone (2015) UKSC 15.
