Jade is a Solicitor in the Litigation Division and specialises in advising on a range of contentious matters for healthcare, emergency services, housing and charity clients.
Jade has experience of handling contract disputes, agency fee disputes, procurement challenges and commissioner/provider disputes.
Jade commenced her training contract with Capsticks in September 2014 and completed seats in the firm’s Clinical Law, Commercial, Regulatory and Litigation Divisions before qualifying in May 2016. Prior to commencing her training contract, Jade worked as a Paralegal in the Regulatory team.
Jade studied English at Southampton University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bloomsbury, London. Jade was awarded a first class Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Law degree with second class honours, upper division.
