Christina is a Senior Solicitor in the Employment team in the Leeds office, handling employment matters for Healthcare clients.
She has previously worked as a Solicitor in a national firm, advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters including complex discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and breach of contract claims.
Christina has also worked in a hybrid in-house/HR capacity for a large organisation, providing legal, strategic and practical advice on various HR and ER issues, and has acted as the lead HR Business Partner on a number of transformation projects.
Christina is also experienced in drafting and advising on policies, procedures, settlement agreements and internal training programmes.
