Charlotte is an Associate in the Capsticks Public law and Healthcare Advisory Team. She previously worked in clinical negligence.
She advises on a broad range of issues for our NHS and healthcare clients including best interest decisions such as treatment withdrawal and serious medical treatment, mental health law, deprivation of liberty, mental capacity, consent, GDPR/data protection, freedom of information, CCG powers and responsibilities, untoward incident reports and general disputes between public bodies. She has also been involved in several high profile judicial reviews regarding the reconfiguration of services.
In addition, she regularly represents clients at inquests, which is largely assisted by her background in clinical negligence.
