Experience

Adam is an Associate within the advisory team.

Adam joined us from DWF where he regularly managed inquests in prison and healthcare settings, including representing clients at pre inquest reviews. Adam also assists on complex Article 2 inquests.

Further, Adam has extensive expertise in defendant civil litigation, including personal injury, claims against the police and human rights claims.

Expertise

Adam specialises in handling inquests across prison and healthcare settings. He supports clients and witnesses throughout the inquest process, often dealing with high risk inquests. His work includes obtaining and drafting witness evidence, reviewing documentation and providing tactical advice to clients, as well as representing them at pre inquest reviews.

Adam is also an experienced civil litigator, managing claims across the prison and police contexts. His cases typically vary from allegations of false imprisonment, assault, trespass, negligence and data protection breaches to human rights act and discrimination claims.

Adam has also supported on public inquiries and worked on cases which have been subject to national media coverage.

CSR activity

Adam has previously been involved in numerous CSR activities, ranging from helping organise weekly reading sessions at a local school, through to volunteering at a homeless charity. Adam is a relatively keen runner and has previously run Manchester Half Marathon for charity.
