We’ve provided a national full-service offering to over 200 Registered Providers (RPs) over the last three years through our offices in Birmingham, Leeds, London and Winchester. We provide cost certainty to all our clients and deliver on time and on budget.

Our Housing & Regeneration team, one of the largest in the country, advises on all types of development transactions from forward funded schemes, section 106 developments, stock rationalisations to plot sales and general asset management work.

With the increase in social housing providers moving into bespoke private development to supplement their affordable development programmes, the focus has been on creating new homes and new communities via joint ventures and direct development. Our team has helped a number of RPs with such projects. The level of trust with our clients is such that they frequently use us as a “sounding board” when developing the structure of innovative new projects.
