NHS commissioners: supporting your personalised commissioning team

Due to an issue with our webinar provider, if you’ve signed-up for this event before Monday 5 October, please re-register to receive the updated access details. Get in touch with us at [email protected] if you have any further issues accessing.

Commissioners have key roles in coordinating the NHS recovery following the COVID-19 peak and driving the changes needed to embed system-based working in the NHS. In order to fulfil these roles successfully, CCGs and CSUs need access to experienced lawyers who specialise in the legal issues that particularly apply to commissioners. We have therefore asked members of our expert commissioning team to share with you their insights into some of the major challenges you are likely to face during the next phase of NHS commissioning, and their practical tips for how you can overcome those challenges.

Following each of these sessions, we will pull together a briefing note or FAQs to cover the main points raised, and our tips for dealing them. This note will be available to all those who attend any of the sessions. View the other upcoming events in this webinar series here.

We will introduce our lead personalised commissioning specialists across our London, Birmingham and Leeds offices and talk about the support we can offer to personalised commissioning teams, from the obvious to the not-so-obvious (including supporting you to try to avoid Court of Protection proceedings).
