Information law: Update on the White Paper and current issues in sharing and using data

The government wants to encourage further data sharing and use within and between health and care organisations to support integration and patient care. The White Paper (and other reviews/strategies currently being developed) set out the steps that the government consider need to be put in place to deliver this.
