What you see on the outside is what you get on the inside

We believe in a friendly approach at Capsticks.  Partly because that’s just the kind of people we are, but also because good relationships with our clients make it easier to get to the nub of the issue.  Also, once you know we’re not a bunch of stuffed shirts, you’ll find it easier to call us about anything.  A friendly atmosphere makes coming to work more of a pleasure for us.  We think you’ll like it too.

There’s a simple explanation for everything

No matter how complicated the issue, we believe in giving you a simple answer, explained clearly.  If we can answer your problem in a three line email rather than a document that takes a van to deliver, we will.  We don’t want you to be bogged down in legalese; we want you to be free to get on with what you’re good at. Simple as that.

We know our stuff through and through

When we say we specialise in healthcare, we don’t mean half a dozen lawyers sitting in a corner of a big practice.  We mean over 100 lawyers with a lot of healthcare experience.  Many of them have been with us for quite a number (if not all) of our 25 years.  When people join us they tend to stick around: partly because it’s a friendly place to work, but mostly because they find the work genuinely interesting.  So when you talk to someone here, you can be sure they know what they’re talking about.
