Capsticks formally appointed to Department of Health panel for Civil Litigation and Arbitration in Medicines and Pharmaceuticals
Capsticks are delighted to announce that we have been formally appointed onto the Department of Health panel for Civil Litigation and Arbitration in Medicines and Pharmaceuticals (“CLAMP”) as of the first of September 2017.
We have a long-standing relationship with, and have successfully represented NHS bodies and the Department of Health for many years, in complex, high value and high profile cases involving the recovery of large amounts of money for the NHS.
