Capsticks announces its new senior leadership team from 1 May 2017
Capsticks, the leading national healthcare and housing law firm, has announced its new leadership team from 1 May 2017.
Rachael Heenan will take up the role as Senior Partner from 1 May 2017. Peter Edwards will step down as Senior Partner from 30 April 2017 and will focus on developing our work in the Birmingham office, lead our public law team on high profile issues such as reconfiguration of services and judicial reviews as well as working on some key client relationships.
Rachael has played a key part in the expansion of our business already and brings to the role a real drive to grow the business and an outstanding reputation with our clients and in the marketplace.
Rachael Heenan said “I am delighted to be given the opportunity to be Capsticks’ Senior Partner. Peter will be a hard act to follow having been Senior Partner for over 10 years during a time which has seen Capsticks go from strength to strength including the opening of three new offices. We have an ambitious sector development strategy for health, housing and regulatory. During this year we will expand our housing team and offerings to this sector with key housing partners and their teams joining us from Clarke Willmott. I’m looking forward to working with Alison, Martin and all our teams in the next chapter of Capsticks”.
Alison Morley will remain as Managing Director until 30 April 2018. During this year she will work with Martin Hamilton as Managing Partner elect who will become Managing Partner from 1 May 2018. Alison Morley said, “I look forward to working with Rachael and Martin and continuing to drive the firm’s ongoing change strategy, moving us from health specialism to wider sector diversification, with particular focus on the housing and regulatory sectors.”
