Examples of our work in this area

• We have acted on behalf of an NHS foundation trust in resolving a dispute with a primary care trust arising from the “payment by results” payment structure operating within the NHS. This enabled our client to avoid adverse publicity arising from a politically highly sensitive dispute of a nature which, in other bodies, had given rise to embarrassing and adverse publicity and criticism.  We have also worked in the regulatory sector to resolve statutory challenges to regulatory activity by means of ADR and the exploration of outcomes which deliver the optimal regulatory and public protection outcome while avoiding litigation.
