Tina Elliott is a Partner in the Employment Department. Admitted as a solicitor in 1984 she worked as partner at Beckman & Beckman. Tina is currently working on the National NHS Equal Pay Claims and deals with all areas of employment law including sex, race and disability discrimination and appears as a tribunal advocate.

Tina has worked on high profile cases, including a recently reported EAT decision on sex discrimination and chaperoning arrangements for student nurses. Tina writes regularly for a number of publications including Croner Publications, Butterworth/Tolleys and Xpert HR, in terms of articles, loose-leaf text books and on-line publications. In common with other members of the department, Tina regularly lectures to HR staff on employment law issues.
