Justin specialises in commercial, funding and procurement issues for healthcare PFI/PPP clients in the private and public sector. Justin's finance and security expertise has also been used on PFI projects bringing NHS LIFT and staff accommodation schemes to financial close.

He is also actively involved in work for NHS Foundation trusts and applicant trusts, and a wide range of corporate/ commercial work for healthcare clients.
