Now head of the Regulatory Team, John leads the Capsticks team working for a range of high-profile healthcare regulators, and has comprehensive experience of professional regulatory work. He has assisted healthcare regulators with the reform of their fitness to practise procedures as well as handling hundreds of conduct cases and illegal practice prosecutions. John has acted as legal adviser to committees of regulatory bodies and has acted as advocate in many professional regulatory cases. He also advises Capsticks’ healthcare clients on primary care fraud and related civil, criminal and disciplinary proceedings, as well as contractual and other commercial disputes. He has wide-ranging experience in the field of dispute resolution, including Court proceedings, arbitration and ADR.
