Legal Services Framework Agreements
Capsticks is committed to developing working partnerships with other organisations in order to deliver quality and value for money to its clients. One area in which this is exemplified is through our membership of legal services frameworks.
Capsticks has been awarded a place on most of the recently tendered frameworks that procure on behalf of NHS bodies, central government departments, local authorities, the police and other agencies. Frameworks provide several extra benefits to client organisations, such as discounted rates, early payment discounts, free advisory opportunities and training benefits.
We’re an approved supplier of legal services under the Healthcare Procurement Consortium (HPC) and London Procurement Programme (LPP) NHS framework, and one of only three law firms to have been successful across all nine lots of the framework.
We’re also approved for:
- the South East Coast Collaborative Procurement Hub (SEC) and the Yorkshire & Humber Collaborative Purchasing Consortium (Y&H) across all lots;
- the North West Collaborative Commercial Agency (NWCCA) for primary care services, contract and commercial law, property law, construction, corporate finance and PFI/PPP projects (including LIFT schemes); and
- Buying Solutions’ legal services framework for employment and pensions.
