You’re talking to one of our lawyers about a serious grievance. Our lawyer recommends you talk to our relationship team to see if the issue is more deep-rooted. Our relationship specialists identify the issue, map out some options and suggest you work with our leadership coaches. You strengthen skills and avoid the same problem happening in future.
You’re working with our governance team. They see an opportunity to strengthen some key areas before an upcoming CQC review. Our CQC team prepare you for the review with mock investigations. During the process they suggest you talk to our clinical excellence team to investigate a particular area of weakness.
