Helen is a lawyer in the Dispute Resolution department and is based in the Leeds office.
Helen's experience includes general commercial litigation and property litigation. Helen acted on behalf of both public and private sector clients and landlords and tenants alike.
Helen advised a number of healthcare sector clients, including a local mental health foundation trust tenant on the settlement of a large dilapidations claim and successful exercise of an onerous break clause, advising on unlawful and informal occupations with a view to maximising estates, boundary disputes and restrictive covenants. She also regularly advised on all aspects of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, serving statutory notices and actively managing portfolios.
Prior to joining Capsticks, Helen gained experience of the telecoms sector and Telecommunications Code, having been part of the client service team for a large telecoms company.
