Ania is an associate in Capsticks’ Clinical Law department. She specialises in all areas of public law and information law.
She has extensive experience in advising on reconfiguration of services and consultation procedures within the NHS, as well as dealing with judicial reviews in this area. She also advises on the application of equalities legislation, human rights and public law principles to public bodies.
Ania also provides advice on governance and regulatory matters, having experience in advising on the governance structure of NHS bodies (including within the new NHS landscape), on public law principles applicable to regulatory work and on potential judicial review challenges.
She regularly advises NHS bodies on information law issues, particularly data security and the application of the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act.
