Katrina is a senior lawyer in the commercial department at Capsticks, providing commercial advice to NHS, private sector and social housing clients.
Katrina regularly advises on a range of commercial, contractual, funding, governance and procurement issues in relation to healthcare transactions.
Katrina has experience working on a wide range of projects and transactions in the healthcare sector, including complex procurements, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital build projects. She also has considerable experience advising on PFI project agreement variations.
Before joining Capsticks in 2011, Katrina worked as in-house counsel for London Underground and Tube Lines limited, advising all PPPs and PFI contracts and all aspects of capital expenditure and maintenance, including station upgrades, line upgrades and extensions, track and civils, rolling stock and signalling contracts.
