Keziah has extensive experience in investigating and preparing cases for a number of healthcare and non-healthcare regulatory bodies, including the General Dental Council, Nursing and Midwifery Council, General Pharmaceutical Council, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Architects Registration Board and the Solicitors Regulation Authority. She has experience in dealing with high profile cases, complex clinical matters, fraud and allegations against multiple registrants. Keziah has further worked on several High Court appeal cases and has prepared numerous interim order extension applications.
Keziah has undertaken key secondments, including with the legal team at the Nursing Midwifery Council, casework at the General Dental Council and acted as the Interim Head of Panel Management at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Keziah has also represented registered individuals throughout regulatory proceedings, including by defending cases against the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service of the General Medical Council, the Health & Care Professions Council and the General Chiropractic Council.
