Charlotte is a solicitor in the Employment Department at Capsticks’ London office. Charlotte previously worked as a litigation solicitor, conducting litigation claims in the High and county courts.
Prior to cross qualifying as a solicitor, Charlotte was called to the bar in 2012. Charlotte has represented clients via the Free Representation Unit and now works exclusively in Employment Law, developing a specialist knowledge in the field of healthcare. Charlotte conducts a wide range of Employment tribunal litigation and carries out advocacy at a range of hearings from wages to unfair dismissal claims.
Charlotte is involved with the firm’s social presence, including singing with the Capsticks Christmas choir.
