Tobias Lunn
Tobias is part of the litigation team and specialises in all aspects of contentious disputes, focusing on property litigation matters.
Tobias regularly advises commercial landlords and tenants on security of tenure issues and has provided numerous ad-hoc pieces of advice in relation to adverse possession, break clauses, dilapidations claims, boundary disputes and harassment claims. Tobias has experience in handling the eviction process for residential tenants and has drafted precedent Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements for clients. Tobias has also advised clients on contentious construction matters, debt collection claims, commercial disputes, regulatory issues and has assisted in internal investigations.
