John joined Capsticks upon qualification in September 2017.
John provides advice and representation on a wide range of employment law issues, including both contentious matters and ongoing non-contentious projects. John is particularly interested in litigation and advises clients in respect of all aspects of the litigation process. John has experience representing Respondents in cases involving unfair dismissal, unlawful deductions from wages, wrongful and unfair dismissals, discrimination and TUPE. John has a particular interest in discrimination work.
As John completed his training contract in-house with NHS Wales, he has a good understanding of the legal issues affecting the NHS and the wider healthcare sector. He also has much experience in general civil litigation as well as employment litigation. John can therefore offer representation in respect of employment litigation in the County Courts as well as Employment Tribunals.
John offers training and development sessions for clients and their HR teams on a range of employment law issues.
