Hugh is a solicitor in the Litigation Division at Capsticks’ London office.
Hugh advises clients on a range of issues relating to commercial disputes, including procurement challenges, intellectual property disputes, agency fee disputes, contract disputes and pharmaceutical litigation. In addition, Hugh advises the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Hugh commenced his training contract with Capsticks in September 2014 and completed seats in the firm’s Property Litigation, Clinical Litigation, Regulatory, Employment and Commercial Litigation teams before qualifying in September 2016.
Prior to working at Capsticks, Hugh studied Experimental Psychology at Bristol University (upper 2:1). Hugh then converted to law, completing the Graduate Diploma in Law(Commendation) and Legal Practice Course (Distinction) at the University of Law in Bloomsbury, London.
