Loren qualified as a solicitor in the firm’s Employment Department in May 2017, having trained at Capsticks.
Loren advises on all aspects of employment law for healthcare clients, contentious and non-contentious. Loren conducts a wide range of Employment Tribunal litigation, from discrimination and whistleblowing claims to unfair dismissal claims. She advises pre-claim and at all stages during the litigation process, and provides clients with advice on a broad range of employment law issues.
Loren has also assisted with cases in both the Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court, and carries out advocacy at Preliminary Hearings.
Loren is heavily involved with the firm’s social responsibility initiatives and runs the firm’s Gadget Workshop at the Wimbledon Guild.
