Jade is a Solicitor in the Litigation Division at Capsticks London office.
Jade advises clients on a range of issues relating to commercial disputes including contract disputes, agency fee disputes, procurement challenges, reputation management and commissioner/provider disputes. Jade also works on professional disciplinary cases.
Jade commenced her training contract with Capsticks in September 2014 and completed seats in the firm’s Clinical Law, Commercial, Regulatory and Commercial Litigation teams before qualifying in May 2016.
Prior to commencing her training contract in September 2014, Jade worked as a Paralegal in the Regulatory team from July 2013, assisting predominantly with proceedings brought by the General Dental Council. Jade also completed a 10 week secondment with the General Pharmaceutical Council’s fitness to practise department.
Jade studied English at Southampton University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bloomsbury, London. Jade was awarded a first class Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Law degree with second class honours, upper division.
