Victoria joined Capsticks in September 2016 as a solicitor in the Commercial department based in the Leeds office after training and qualifying at Irwin Mitchell.
Victoria provides commercial, contracting, governance and procurement advice to a primarily NHS client base.
Victoria undertook a litigation/commercial training contract and qualified into a commercial/corporate team at a leading national law firm providing corporate and commercial legal advice on mergers, corporate and trustee governance, charitable structures, grants and donations, commercial and contractual issues for a wide range of clients including charitable, educational and corporate organisations.
From 2005, and prior to carrying out her training contract, Victoria worked as a procurement practitioner at a local and national level for the NHS where she was involved in drafting framework agreements and the creation terms and conditions for a supplier business.
In Capsticks commercial department Victoria advises on; the creation of corporate group structures, corporate group re-structures, the creation of a trading arm to a charitable social enterprise, terms and conditions, commercial contracts and service level agreements.
