Kathryn joined Capsticks’ employment departmentin London in September 2016 after having trained at a City law firm.
Kathryn advises on all aspects of employment law, contentious and non-contentious. She manages a wide range of Employment Tribunal litigation, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
Kathryn provides advice to clients on day-to-day employment issues including sickness absence management, disciplinaries and grievances, family-friendly rights and working time.
