Dorotea joined Capsticks’ employment department in October 2016 after having trained at a City law firm.
Dorotea advises on all aspects of employment law, contentious and non-contentious. She manages a wide range of Employment Tribunal litigation, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, and has also experience of High Court litigation.
Dorotea provides advice to clients on day-to-day employment issues including sickness absence management, disciplinaries and grievances, family-friendly rights and working time, and presents training sessions to clients on regular basis.
