Spencer is a partner in our Real Estate team and has many years experience in development and commercial property work, primarily in transactions involving housing clients. In particular, Spencer has vast experience in high value site acquisitions involving both golden brick and turnkey projects, overage agreements, regeneration projects, conditional agreements, commercial and residential leases.
Spencer also provides tailored advice on a wide range of development related issues including advice on planning matters such as section 106 agreements and CIL, advice on VAT and Stamp Duty Land Tax issues, asset management, infrastructure agreements, building and development contracts, promotion agreements as well as funding and securities documentation.
Spencer has a proven track record in leading teams to provide all required areas of expertise and resources that may be required on any given instructions.
