Victoria is a Lawyer in the Clinical Law department specialising in defendant clinical negligence claims. She manages a wide-range of cases for the NHS Litigation Authority, including fatal, obstetric, orthopaedic, urology and psychiatric claims.
Victoria was originally admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, before moving to the United Kingdom in 2012. She qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales via the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme in 2015. Prior to qualification, she worked for three years as a Paralegal and Senior Paralegal for Capsticks.
