Natalie qualified as a solicitor in May 2016. She is a member of the regulatory team, handling fitness to practise investigations on behalf of healthcare regulators.
Before joining Capsticks, Natalie worked as a Legal Assistant and Contract Manager for an NHS Primary Care Trust. She joined Capsticks in 2011 and since then has worked on hundreds of matters for a major healthcare regulator, including conduct, performance and health investigations, resumed hearings and appeals. Natalie’s experience spans a number of high profile, sensitive and complex matters, including a number of fraud cases. Natalie also has experience in investigating and preparing cases on behalf of the General Optical Council, General Pharmaceutical Council and the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
In addition, Natalie spent seven months on secondment within the in-house legal team of a regulatory body, overseeing the preparation of fitness to practise investigations by a panel of external legal providers.
