Linda Dyson has over 20 years’ experience at a senior level, including Deputy Director and Acting HR Director roles in the public sector.
For 12 years Linda was the Deputy Director of Organisational Development and Workforce for West London Mental Health Trust, with a period as Acting Director of Organisational Development and Workforce for the Trust. Linda led the provision of operational HR services and various strategic workforce developments. Prior to that Linda was Assistant Director of HR at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and held various HR roles in local government. More recently Linda has held a range of interim roles, supporting NHS Trusts with organisational change programmes and undertaking complex ER casework.
Linda has significant experience of HR service delivery, redesign and improvement, and leading organisational change and workforce improvement programmes. She has extensive knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice, with sound judgement in managing complex, high level ER casework.
Linda has a MA, Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Leadership and a fellow of the CIPD.
