Paul has 17 years of experience as a national lead for anti social behaviour (ASB) and has been instrumental in designing new and effective ways to address ASB. After leaving the Metropolitan Police in 2011 as their key ASB advisor for twelve years, Paul has worked as a consultant in both the London Borough of Ealing and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea with specific responsibilities for improving partnership working, problem-solving, introducing the new ASB tools and powers and addressing risk and vulnerability.
Paul is a well-respected individual at local, regional and national levels and has worked, presented and trained extensively across the country promoting effective solutions to local partnerships. Paul is also the partnership Ambassador for the Charlton Athletic Community Trust and key advisor to a number of voluntary sector organisations.
